Hey guys I'm in a rush but I have decided to post up the official VLOG series I've been running for the last 39 days straight.
Summary:
This is the final 16-20 weeks of my weight loss transformation. From 2009-2011 I weighed over 112kg with a body fat over 40%.
I was seriously obese and I'm the kind of guy thats self educated. In 2012 I got down to 73.5kg with a poor diet. I didn't apply
good principles based on real science the best way possible. My caloric deficits were too massive and as of 2014 I've dieted down from
87.7kg down to 76.5KG. This vlog series where I film, train, edit and upload all in real time on the daily documents my weight loss from
76.5kg down to 62-64kg @ 10% body fat. I train primarily as an athlete, my system is designed to turn myself into a true hybrid athlete.
