'Easiest and healthiest weight loss method ever'

Hey guys,



I'm new in this forum because I'm trying to lose weight. Currently I weight about 220lbs and I am about 6 feet tall.

I wouldn't say that I'm fat, but still I'm very uncomfortable with my weight.

I have tried a lot already, but nothing really worked so far. I've never been able to stay dedicated long enough.



Today I stumbled across a blog article called 'The Easiest and Healthiest Weight Loss Method Ever'. The blog is called 'nobullshitlife'. I've read that I'm not allowed to post any links, but I'm sure you can find it using google.



The title of the blog article is quite delusional I think, but the content kinda makes sense. It is nice and simple - easy to follow.

I like the way the article sets clearly defined rules.



I want to start today, but do you think that this would work?
