I've started on a test diet of eating an egg every morning for breakfast. The old story about eggs was that you shouldn't eat lots of them because of cholesterol. Now people say that they have good cholesterol and are really healthy and it's good to eat an egg every day. Is this true? Or is it risking my health and the amount of fat on my body to eat an egg everyday for breakfast? I will still go on with this diet test for about 2 weeks, I just want some other opinions :)
