My own Diary

Hi guys! Welcome to my weight diary wherein I will try to post my progress as I try this new fat loss program that I recently bought. :waving:



Old Weight:

181 lbs



Present weight:

160 lbs



Target weight:

120 lbs

What am I doing:

Well, I don't do starve myself to eat. I always make sure that I am eating healthy foods and exercise regularly. I also maintain by body's health. I also take gym classes sometimes whenever I am free.



About me:

Hi, I am Sophia and I am 24 years old. My height is 5'2". I am trying to lose weight this year and my sister recommended me a program. I though about joining forums in able to know more tips about loosing weight and I found this weight diary forum. I think that this would be a good way to start it! yay :D
