I would like to introduce myself to you, I am Lori Naipo, and I reside in Washington State. I am retired but I do a home based business to keep myself busy.
I was born and raised in Hawaii but relocated to the Mainland in 1994. I have a son and three wonderful Grandchildren. I enjoy fishing, gardening and traveling.
I look forward to reading up on what everyone is up to as I am one that has fought my weight ever since my son (who is now 29) was born. I don't like to exercise
but I do try to get better at it as my energy increases as I am finally starting to drop some weight. Over the years I hated taking unhealthy diet plans but really wanted to do this.
Now I cook at home as we live 40 miles from civilization and no more fast food. And now eating 3 meals and 3 delicious shakes a day and I am dropping and feeling so much better.
Finally healthy & safe dieting. Looking forward to wearing a bathing suit this summer after 25 years of hiding.
