Hey everyone :)

Hi there, looking forward to reading all about your journeys and getting advice with mine here.

I'm currently 5ft6" weighing just over 140lb, so looking to lose a couple of pounds to feel happier and more confident in myself.

In the past i've done some silly things to lose weight, so this time round I want to do it safely and carefully in a way that won't damage my body and will give results I can maintain! So by this I mean exercise and eating well and regularly.
