Greetings everyone

My name is Natasha, and I'm new to the boards. I've never really been too concerned about my weight in the past. I was just a typical build. Never really exercised, and pretty much ate what I wanted, and I still always stayed around the same weight.



Now, after having my first child, I'm having a heck of a time getting the weight off. It's been almost a year and I'm still 30 pounds heavier than I've ever been. Like I said, I've never been much of a dieter or for working out, but I guess I've got to make some changes if I want to drop this weight.



I'm here to get some support and find out some tips and tricks to losing this baby weight.
