please help

I am 16 sedentary and prably 220lb and I think like 5'11" or 6'. My day consists of sitting on the couch. I want to loose weight as fast a s possible. I don't care about any health concerns. So what would be the best way to go about this for the fastest weight loss. Btw im new to this site and dont know how to do anything
