From 138kg to 100kg

My name is Daniel,29 y old and I am new to this forum.

All my life I have been unhappy with my weight and this has affected my social life.



Starting today this has to change. My objective is to reach 100kg. Now i weight 138kg. My deadline is 31 December 2014 to reach it.

I will keep this daily journal to keep me motivated.
