Lose weight : Pain and Gain.

I was fat.



I was told that I had become fat.



All that it took was for me to decide to wake up the next morning and run.



The next morning I woke up and ran as much as I could .



Day 2 : I saw a field where people were running.I ran a little in that field.



My knees were paining after the run .



Day 3 : I ran as much as I could.



My knees pained more.



Day 4 : I ran as much as I could .



I found out that washing my knees with cold water took away almost all of the pain.



Day 5 : I ran as much as I could .



I started taking cold showers to ease my knees.



There was something wrong with my knees but I kept running and pushing myself.



I had to lose weight.



I kept on running every morning even on Sundays.



After a year the pain disappeared.



I began to understand the importance of a proper diet .



After two years I lost a lot of weight.
