Hey guys! I am a brand new member to this forum, I have been involved in fitness, lifting, and running for about five years now. Recently I suffered an injury that kept me out of the gym for about 6 weeks and my diet during this time was horrible! I ended up gaining about 20 pounds, totaling in at 195! The week before I was aloud to begin again I started making an 8 week program to try and get back to my current weight. I ended up dropping to 170, lower than what I was previously at!
