Hey guys, my name is Esperanza Gonzales and I'm a full time mom.
I know some of you are struggling to lose weight and so did I back when I was pregnant with my beautiful set of twins :hurray:. So heres a little story about me to show you that if youre really motivated anything is possible. So before the pregnancy, I was around 140lbs and when my belly was fully grown, I gained an extra 52lbs meaning I was 25lbs over on top of the set of twins. I gained all this weight on a period of 4 months. Almost every single day, I would stay home, play video games and eat constantly from sun up to sun down. I didnt have any motivation to do anything else, since it was so tiring carrying my babies. One day, my cousin made me realize that I have gained too much weight and also lately I noticed how my skin was feeling. I never thought I ate that much. I always thought I was at a normal weight range, until I closely examined myself.
As the weeks go by, I started looking around to change my situation. Not only for me, but also to be a healthy mommy for my own children. People say that knowledge is the most powerful weapon you can have, so I started to educate myself about diets, and weight loss programs. After finding the right diet meal plan I like, I just stuck to it. Just by following the plan I would lose 2-3 pounds per week. My skin would get clearer and I would feel better about myself. Then after the pregnancy, I started going to the gym following a weight loss program and I'm looking and feeling so much better than ever. (Now I weight 125lbs)
If you're looking to change and would give your 100% effort, I would recommend reading as much as you can about diets, nutrition and weight loss programs. Of course you'd have to read a review about the product before buying. Me personally, I read reviews about most of my books that I bought on http://ift.tt/1TaVjhp. What I've learned is that EATING RIGHT is the key to weight loss programs. No matter how hard you workout you would never lose weight if you continue eating junk food on a daily basis. Always stick to your program and look forward to your changes. Remember it all starts with you! How bad do you want it! No one says its going to be easy, but as long as you are focused on your goals, you will always achieve it.
