Hi my name is Arianna and I am 25 years old living in Iowa. I am trying to lose weight to have another child. This is proving to be harder then it was last time I lost weight. I am considered morbidly obese and my doctor wants me to be the lap band surgery. I am trying to do this natural and healthy. I want to lose weight but I also need to so I can be around for my kids and family for the long haul.
