For one year, I have been maintaining my ideal weight. I only needed to lose 10lbs. and I did it by following a personalized program based on my body's metabolism (this was measured with a total body scanner). I ate four times a day (breakfast, lunch, pm snack, dinner) with meal replacements for breakfast and snack. I followed a 1000 calorie per day meal plan, by the way, but was able to experience sustained energy throughout the day.
