I'm well aware of the many methods for weight loss in general. I have also been losing consistently and at a slow pace for a few months. I'm supporting this with a properly built diet in order to keep myself from starving. What I'm interested in is if anyone has any recommendations if I were to take weight loss at a more drastic rate? Any inputs would be appreciated, thanks.
