21 Day Fix

Hi everyone,

I am new here and I am trying to lose 10 pounds after delivering my baby at 22 weeks on February 24th. I decided to try out the 21 Day Fix with my husband and am loving it. We are done the first 2 weeks and he has seen amazing results so far (he has lost 10 pounds and 12 inches in the 2 week! I wasn't so lucky ;) ) At the beginning of my journey a few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to become a Beachbody coach to help other people meet their health and fitness goals while I was working towards mine. There is an amazing business opportunity with Beachbody along with the ability to change people's lives every day. After having my baby (this was my 3rd loss, I had one at 12 weeks, 16 weeks and 22 weeks) I decided that I wanted to focus my time and energy on being more fit and on helping other people.



For those who do not know what the 21 Day Fix is I will provide a quick explanation. The 21 Day fix focuses on proper nutrition by providing coloured containers for each food group. Depending on your weight you get so many of each colour container a day. You don't have to count calories or weigh your food, you just have to choose approved foods and fit it into the containers! It is very simple and really teaches people proper portions and types of foods we should be eating. There is also an option to purchase the program in a Challenge pack which comes with a 30 day supply of Shakeology, which will be your healthiest meal of the day and really help with your progress. It is a dense nutrition packed meal replacement with over 70 superfoods and it tastes great! The workouts are 30 minutes each which is also a huge bonus. Lots of people don’t have time or want to do hour long workouts.



I am looking for people who would like support and motivation and who would be interested in joining my May challenge group (online through Facebook). I will provide you will a ton of great resources and help to keep you accountable throughout the program. I will also be participating in the Challenge as I am still working towards my own goals.
