I need motivators...

Okay guys, so I've been kinda big my whole life... right now I'm at my breaking point and I feel like I would do better if I had people counting on me. I currently weigh 210-215. I am 5'4". And I am 19 years old.

My goal weight is 150-140. The main problem right now is that I have a desk job for 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

I just need help to get me to my goal.
