Strengthen Gluteus Medius Muscle (GM) to reduce Lower Body Injures

The Gluteus Medius Muscle (GM) is the principal hip abductor (moves the hip away from the body's GM weakness, which is extremely common in women, contributes to knee and back injures and creates instability when walking, running, and jumping. The simplest GM exercises are side lying leg lifts, single-leg squats, lunges, cable or elastic band hip abductions, and balancing on one leg while doing simple tasks such as brushing your teeth or washng dishes
