Need a new workout program? Tired of going to the gym?

I have never been a fan of going to the gym. It's always crowded, and I get bored easily. I had a friend of mine who was a beachbody coach and recommended the 21 Day Fix program. It really helped me with not only losing weight, but with my portion control. It was also something that I could do at HOME. The workouts with this program are great and have modification options. Now I am doing Les Mills Combat which is kind of like a mixed martial arts workout program. Definitely a lot of fun! It doesn't even feel like you are working out. I have fallen in love with the Team Beachbody programs because they are something I can do at home and they aren't boring. I also love that they come with nutrition plans that you can follow. I ended up deciding to become a beachbody coach myself. If you're tired of going to the gym, or just searching for a new workout plan, I highly recommend ANY of the beahcbody programs.
