Step by step toward my goal!

Hello!!

Here I am again! I was here some time ago and now I am back. If you are wondering, I am ashamed I left the forum back then... but I hope you forgive me.

I will keep things short.

I lost all in all 10 kilos in few months. Once I was back from our holiday I started seriously to workout and eat healthy. I went everyday running and I felt just GREAT!



Then the winter came. Then the stress caused by graduation + work started. Then Christmas came.

I gained back 6 of the 10 kilos I lost. I feel now heavy, ugly, full and fat all the time.

This of course influence my mood all the time. And also the way I life in general.

I know I am doing everything wrong, but sometimes it is easier to complain than actually do something to change. Especially when you are stressed.

I feel horrible because I was getting there (I was only 5-7 kilos away from my goal weight) and now I am back here, almost at square one.

I am very frustrated if you ask.



In January I joined Fit boxing class once a week. But I realized it is too less and I should increase the amount of exercise.

And from today I am not having any candy or junk food.

Well...that's it.

I hope I will be able to stay motivated and get in shape finally!
