I'm trying to figure out how to tighten my belt on my 79 scorpion tk 440. I've seen videos on other vintage snowmobiles but this one looks different. It has a plate and brake cable in front of the larger "clutch" or what ever it's called. Do i need to take the plate off? Any help apreciated
