I am new to snowmobiles, my zr440 has basically now power. I can take the belt off by hand and seems very loose. itll go around 15mpg and the longer its moving it keeps accelerating. but once it tries to go up hill or through a snowdrift it looses all power. Could the belt be the problem? how does one check if a belt is bad? or could it be one of the clutches?
